About the project

The new Baikal Theater and Cultural Center in Ulan-Ude is a vivid manifestation of modern architecture, combining a unique concept inspired by the national culture of Buryatia. Located at the intersection of Svobody and Sovetskaya Streets, near the Uda River, this center will become a symbol of the cultural wealth of the region. It is a harmonious combination of modern technologies and traditional elements such as Buryat ornaments and national motifs.

One of the special features of the center are two auditoriums: a large hall with 1,000 seats and a small hall with 200 seats, which allows for large-scale performances and concerts, as well as more chamber creative events.

One of the key principles of architectural design is to create an aesthetically appealing and functional space that inspires and creates an atmosphere of creative art and new ideas. The area around the building is designed taking into account the cultural significance of the place, in order to preserve its authenticity and attract cultural events and festivals. The planning solutions are tailored to the needs of art groups in order to create a unique and inspiring space for creative and cultural projects.
